"Psychosynthesis may also be
considered as the individual expression of a wider
principle, of a general law of inter-individual
and cosmic synthesis; each and all are included
in, and part of, the spiritual super-individual
reality."
An additional two years of
study for Postgraduate Diploma graduates which
offers the opportunity for exciting academic
research and further clinical practice under
regular supervision to achieve Master's status and
accreditation with UKCP.
The Postgraduate Diploma aims
to train reflective Psychosynthesis practitioners
who work at a high level of competency and are
sincerely committed to working with in a
transpersonal context with ethical and safe
practice. The Master's Degree builds upon this to
enable graduates to practice to a depth and degree
of clinical expertise and theoretical knowledge
that is integrated within the wider field of
psychology.
The Trust is an
accrediting member of the United Kingdom Council
for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a founding member
of the Association for Accredited
Psychospiritual Practitioners. Graduates are
eligible to apply for registration, enabling
them to be included on the UKCP's National
Register of Psychotherapists. The Trust is also
a founding member of the European Federation for
Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, a Europe-wide
organisation and member of the European
Association for Psychotherapy.
The aims of the two-year
programme are to:
| > |
further develop the professional
study, academic research and clinical
training of graduates of the
Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis
Counselling, through the writing of a
dissertation; |
| > |
elaborate on the training of
reflective psychosynthesis practitioners
who work at a high standard of
competency, within a transpersonal
context, with ethical and safe practice;
|
| > |
enable students to practise with a
depth and degree of clinical expertise
and theoretical knowledge which is
integrated with a wider field of
psychology and psychotherapy; |
| > |

The two years are
composed of two parts:
