The aims of the programmme
The aims of the one year programme are to:

introduce and apply psychosynthesis models and approaches to
issues of interpersonal, organisational, social and global conflicts;

enhance the mediation skills of those working in community, organisational,
societal and international settings |
Programme Structure
The programme is divided into two semesters over the year with four components:

The Context of Conflict |
| Focus of the component: |
understanding and appraising the nature of conflict in the contemporary
world in relation to social, economic, political and environmental
change. |

Psychosynthesis and Transpersonal Models |
| Focus of the component: |
introduction to the main psychosynthesis models and principles,
and how these may be applied to personal and social transformation
and change. |

| Component 3 |
Working Synthetically With Groups and Systems |
| Focus of the component: |
the development and application of psychosynthesis and transpersonal
awareness to group dynamics and systemic change. |

| Component 4 |
Application of Mediation and Conflict Resolution Skills

learning to apply the theories, models, techniques and skills of
psychosynthesis skills to real-world situations. |

Entry Requirements:
Relevant experience and interest in the field.
Completion of the University Certificate:
A certificate of study will be awarded upon the successful completion
of the University Certificate in Psychosynthesis Mediation and Conflict
Resolution.
Format:
Whilst we aim to be flexible as possible to enable participants to attend
the programme, our flexibility depends on the number of students applying
for the programme. If in doubt about attendance, or any other matter such
as suitability to attend, please contact the Director of Programmes at the
Trust.
