What is Psychosynthesis?

"We do , each of us, need to discover our own wholeness. We need to celebrate our personhood."

Psychosynthesis is concerned with the realisation of individual and collective potential and the harmonisation of all elements of the personality.
The first step is the attainment of a certain level of self-knowledge, and the techniques used help to understand the different parts of our psyche and how to integrate them.

Among the therapeutic methods used are creative visualisation, free drawing, the training of the will, physical expression, writing, meditation, interpersonal and group work.
